Definitions

• Resident is defined as any occupant of a home in Coppermill.
• Lessee (shall be referred to by Tenant) is defined as an occupant who is leasing from an Owner of record.
• Visitor is defined as a non-resident.
• Owner is defined as a person(s) who legally owns a Coppermill home.
• Management is defined as the current management company of the Coppermill Property Owners Association, or any of its agents.  Management address is located at the bottom of this page.
• Association is defined as the Coppermill Property Owners Association (CPOA) or any of its agents.
