Property Owner Association Board of Directors

The Townes of Coppermill is governed by a Board of Directors, whose job is to oversee the day-to-day operation of the Association and implement the many requirements and stipulations of the Association’s governing documents.  The Towns of Coppermill Property Owners Association owns, maintains, and insures all of the property that surrounds all neighborhoods inclusive of buffer areas between neighborhoods, sidewalks, trails, basketball courts, and the volleyball court.  The Board of Directors is made up of five homeowners who serve a three year term.  All homeowners within the Townes of Coppermill community are elegible and encouraged to serve on this Board provided they are in good standing in the community.  Elections are conducted at the Annual Meeting of the Membership, which is held each December.  Annual assessment rates for the Townes of Coppermill Property Owners Association are determined each year by the Board of Directors based on projected administrative and operational expenses and reserve funding for the next fiscal year.  Assessments are due monthly.  The Board of Directors are homeowners just like yourself and volunteer their time and expertise in support of the community.

Sherry has served the community since 2004 as the lead member of the Architectural Committee and provided valuable oversight and advice on all architectural issues within the community.

This is Marisa's second term on the Board of Directors.  She previously served the community in 2008 and 2009.  Marisa has lended her extensive accounting expertise over the past several months in auditing our expenditures and incomes.
