Membership: Per the governing documents of the Coppermill Property Owners Association, all people who own property in the Townes of Coppermill community.
Assessments: $60 / month. This amount covers trash and recycling collection, common area landscaping and maintenance, management agency costs, snow-plowing, community lighting, insurance, and reserves-funding (to prevent special assessments). Our approved budget can be found here
Due Dates: The 1st of every month and considered late if not received by the 30th day of the month. Late fees are $20/month and accumulate for each and every month payment is late.
